We're those corps really all that or was it that there was such a high sp gap back then. Isn't it a little weird that the "best" corps were in the beginning when those guys were the only ones with Proto or the people they were facing had half the SP

Really back then an sp gap? You mean like how I've been here 3+ years and I'm at 49m sp.. Back then all the players had around the same sp there was no sp advantage that is just something scrubs toss around to make themselves feel better. There was like 4 suits back then yet you gonna say sp advantage? Lool this is just hilarious.

It's a mechanic in every other game. He was just trying to have fun. he likes experimenting with game mechanics. There isn't much he doesn't know about the game numbers wise. If at all. He's a really cool guy who's just misunderstood. It really only worked on scrubs like me to be honest.

Wasn't an SP gap back then, just a gap in knowledge, imps were part f the first 1000 to come to dust, they knew more about dust than anyone until others "Got Good" to be honest, AE perfect A team Vs Imps perfect Ateam at their primes? Hm..

Agreed, IMPS use to kick my ass. When AE had their best 16 on, I loved listening to the PC battles. Of course I wasn't in the top 16 but had no problem whatsoever with the lineup we had.

Anyone could get into the closed beta, free. All you had to do was go to the Playstation Home Dust area, then talk to the bar tender and do some remedial tasks.
It wasn't 1000 people, try many times more then that.
The only advantage Imps had in knowledge over other corps was nothing, every corp in PC had been around long enough to even participate in the Closed Beta Tournament.
Only pubbies get the excuse of SP gap and or knowledge.
