What if I want quafe gear, but I don't open strongboxes?
Is there an alternate method of acquiring the Warlords 1.0 quafe gear?
Strongboxes are bs regardless of what you put in there. |

Agreed. If they sell packs, I'd be willing to buy, but strongboxes? Well, I'll try my hand at 10 keys, maybe, but that's about it. |

They're definitely going to be in strongboxes, I wouldn't assume they won't also be sold in stores promotionally or something as well. Because they might be because people would buy them. The key point of putting stuff in strongboxes (in my mind, at least) is to make it possible to get really lucky and get free BPOs.

We can win those 35 keys in the upcoming key event so there's a good chance at least one of them will unlock Quafe gear.

Strongboxes, as a concept, are fine. It's that keys are incredibly rare (see: stupid rare). We should be able to purchase keys with ISK. Even if it is a large amount of ISK per key, it's better than them only being attainable via AUR.
That "keymaker" warbege subsystem is also acceptable; get X keys per day, depending on the level of the subsystem.

as i've said many times before. players would be more likely to buy strongboxes if they were exclusivly 'limited edition' items like BPOs quafe gear, officer gear ect and not basic AUR mods. the best thing i got has been'Quafe' Caldari Assault C/I never knew there was an advanced version, pretty nice too.
