Hey there I wanted to write down an idea for a shield "repair" tool.
Basically instead of just repairing armor this shield tool would transfer your OWN shield to your target.
This would open up shield logi'ing (caldari?) and would deal with balance rather easily since the logi will be an even easier target.
Transfer rate and amount of targets are negiotable ;)
Feel free to flame now *flameshield activated*
Please help me on my quest to get the Recruiter C-II Dropsuit!

Or the tool steels shields from redberries and stores it for delivery to teammates?

Why would a Heavy/Logi pair ever do this when the Armor Repair tool has no such downside?
I'm not sure why so many people feel the need to weaken the Logi further while it's doing its job

Salutations, Pumping! And congratulations, too,GǪ because you have just proven yourself to be Deust Dev material.
Seriously, not making fun of your idea. Early in Dust's release, Logi vehicles HAD this tool. Your vehicle could approach a fellow vehicle, and "target" it with a remote-repper module. It was the equivalent to "remote-boosting" someone's reduced armour.
I like the idea, but by the time I was finally able to Skill up into unlocking that feature for my Dropship, CCP REMOVED that module type from the game. They were not happy with the way players were apparently using (misusing?) the feature.
I feel sure this remote/guardian/repper subject has a chance to be re-examined as we approach bring logo vehicles back to the game soon.

Well it is true that Shield Transporter modules existed in the game before. But despite popular belief, they never transferred your shield to the target, it just simply recharged their shield as an Armor Repairer would repair armor.

More choices. Didnt want to remove the armor repper. So how is this a nerf?
