What would be better for me Min Or Gal Assaults because I had my heart set for gal told my friends and everything then im told dont waste my money go min so what should I do? I even made a decent stand and deliver fit with a kinkat to do some flank and gank on the gal assault |

Go with the Gal Assault if your heart is truly set on it. I wasn't trying to convince you out of trying it, I was just trying to warn you ahead of time that there are better options for what you're wanting the suit to do =P
Post up your fit, we'll take a look. Still got a few fits laying around that you can look at from when the Assault Conglomerate was a thing.
Sniper range nerf did nothing but make it harder to counter-snipe redliners. That and open up for really stupid feedback

Min does not work for that Stand and Deliver. Those are Amarr.
Gallente are the CQC guys. They don't go much snealing around, rather run straight at you like an angry rhino.
Min are the Run n' Gun suits. Go to a place, shoot everything up, get out running.
For you, I recommend the Amarr. Full armored out works great for Standing and Delivering.
You can achieve similar results with a Gal. But an Amarr will out perform you in this style of combat.
If you have good EWAR stats, you can succesfully flank your oposition.
But with the GalSuit you would be doing more running directly into combat, if you fit this suit correctly, it's high armor rep will keepuou alive for various encounters.

Mimicking what the guy above said, Minmatar isn't a good stand and deliver suit. Gallente/Amarr are, however.
Here's a few fits that Cat Merc uses that look good for what you're wanting to do.

Just know that you're sacrificing one way or another in either case. Because of the Gal Assault's reliance on low slots for both armor and regeneration, you're going to either be taking a hit to speed/stamina or EWAR. This is particularly deadly for a variety of reasons.
Speed/Stamina are critical for you to get away from Sentinels (it's best just to not engage them unless you know for a fact you can win because the minute they start shooting, you're dead. You have to be able to put 40m+ between you and them if you want to get away.)
EWAR is critical to fight against Scouts. You'll need a lot of range and a lot of precision. Your goal is to see them coming within a range you are comfortable with (short range scans are 7.5m by default, this is not nearly enough to react in time).
This is pretty much the reason why the Gal Assault falls short, as it doesn't have enough range to make up for it's shortcomings in versatility, whereas the Caldari and Minmatar Assaults have the options (low slots) to fit for different things while still maintaining speed/tank.

My favourite fit on my main is a GalAssault with GEK-38. Its good in CQC (taking out scouts) and mid range (shooting the fat off heavies).
My alt is a min assault and while I enjoy running the assaut combat rifle, I can't help but think that the min commando is slightly better due to the bonus - but just my view, having played them both daily. |

My baseline fit was 2 complex rep 2 complex fero plates 1 enhanced kinkat decent total ehp 23 armor rep good sprint speed to get in thier face and mash them i treid it on an amarr asault ak0 cause thats what i got and are skilling out of and it worked hella nice just needed something but im not sure what yet |
