Now, having read that blog...can someone kindly explain this part:
Augmented Ammunition Facility

Specifically:
1) Can someone confirm this upgrade changes your in-game primary weapon damage (i.e. AR, CR, RR, etc.)?

Dissapointed that they add dropship BPO's only to the random strongbox drops. Considering how many items the game has and everything can drop from a strongbox your chance to actually get a BPO is probs somewhere around 0.25%.

I don't think there were BPO Dropships...
* Introducing new 'Quafe' BPC and BPO items, available in Strongboxes:
- Caldari and Gallente 'Quafe' STD HAV BPC.
- Caldari and Gallente 'Quafe' STD LAV BPC and BPO.
- 'Quafe' STD Large Blaster, Missile and Railgun Turret BPC.
- 'Quafe' STD Small Blaster, Missile and Railgun Turret BPC.
- Caldari and Gallente 'Quafe' STD Dropship BPC.

Now we just need to ability to build a Research Facility on our conquered planets district... Aslong as you defend it for a set amount of time or something ;P
We need to start making copies of BPO's as limited run BPC's and selling them :p Researching the copy rate etc... |

This isn't EVE. Plus this system would only be of use to those who spend enough rl money to have bpos.
