At first, Dust may seem like an unequal playing field with overwhelming odds; however as you specialize, train, and learn; the game evolves to allow you a unique FPS experience. The seemingly bland levels mix with a variety of suit types, which are designed around various special purposes. You've got to push the suit to the limit, and the game will evoke a clarifying experience, hit hard and often, and the game rewards you, hide and die, and you'll be surfing the outer waves of combat events.
Welcome to Dust newberries, its gonna be heck...
A list of crazy things I've seen and done (and my best guess at the build version, and any notes):
-An LAV killed by a flaylock (1.10, LAV had just taken 2 shots from a Plasma Cannon or -PLC-)
-A prototype Amarr Sentinel killed by ZN-28 Nova Knives (many builds, various situations)
-A Logistics Master earned over 5,000 WP and rained orbitals (1.6, domination on a chokepoint)
-Tanks do wheelies (1.7? whenever they changed vehicles for a few days)
-A 12 mil isk payout for one battle with 2,300 WP (1.8 changeover, player = SlouchKitty)
-Logistics Dropships with a Remote Armor Repairer
-Railgun Turrets that could damage the MCC (closed beta?, yupp)
-An elite squad fought from a dropship as close air support for an entire game (1.5, it was nuts... you couldn't spawn without getting hunted down by the big floating spotlight)
-A merc fly over 50 meters after exiting a moving LAV (1.3, they used to be flippant about vehicles and roadkills were a big issue)
-The horrors of 70 meter passive scans on Caldari Scouts, and the shift of passive scanning to Logi's (1.10)
-Dumb-fire swarm launchers (closed beta, whoa...)

-Using a Flaylock to kill a guy who was running away in a LAV. (Arced it perfectly. I laughed for the next 5 minutes.)
- Dogfight!
- Spawn onto an objective to blap a retreating assault in the face, then find he had a buddy to which I walked in front of for 5 minutes before he finally got the first hit off. I killed him.

i get a red dropship surfer last night so i gently fly him around for about 5 minutes LMAOing because he is blasting the roof of the dropship with shotgun and SMG.. we fly around and both him and my gunner start getting kills on the same area- the new 3 point map where Alpha is in that garage... we fly around a few more minutes and the match is about to end so he jumps out, kills my random gunner then my name is the last one on the victory screen (roadkill) after I smash him with dropship after he kills my gunner... my kingdom for a PS3 share button..
