DUST Search - What makes a game (the game) taste bad in new player's mouth?

But one affects both newcomers and those who have stayed around: Low framerate, the client lag. Under low framerate circumstances everything feels sluggish. Sometimes there even is real input lag. That all makes you feel that you don't have control of your character. It's a real immersion breaker. If you have no control, you are just a passenger. Nobody wants that from a fps where the very basic premise is to try your best. Pro-choice! For hazardous self-activated inertial dampeners! We want to live on the edge (((of MCC)))

This is about the client lag influencing also newcomers' experience. Good and bad will be solely decided on how much they want to get involved with the rest of us...
