Strafe Sentinel. BrHMG works best on this suit, but still sucks, so I recommend standard variant.
DMG mods and speed, Shield Regen Sentinel, or dual tanker.
Ambush armor Sentinels and aim for the head!
PRO: Independent, like a scout. Decent regen, great speed (for a heavy). Can safely traverse short ranges. Looks badass.
CON: Low hP, regen not as good as CalSent, dead if caught off guard. Easily overwhelmed. Not a good point defender. Doesn't benefit much from logi reps.
Please buff my Magsex. It doesn't hit hard enough...

BRRRRP BRRRRP My HMG goes as I laugh maniacally knowing that NO ONE expects a Sentinal tearing ass at 7 mps.

Got my Amarr Heavy for that, spec'd into min heavy more for solo and open map play
currently running.

Pretty much the same fit as I use except I got double-stacked Complex DMG Mods & 1 Complex Shield Extender.
The ability to pump out max damage really makes the suit shine.
Something about a Heavy with minimal tanking mods sounds wicked fun to me.
