With the way CCP is designing PC why on Earth would anyone want to hold a district?
I'm all for actually risking something but the risk way outway the rewards (if there are any) of holding a district.
It's much better to just raid and that's it.

Implying people will want to hold districts when everyone and their mothers are raiding and there's barely any reason to actually hold districts.

You can apply, I don't know if JollyR0ger is taking new recruits though.
I need to make an alt, call him Black Bread, or Erik the Rad and apply.

I wonder if people who hold district are going to complain about getting raided, I know someone is going to cry about it for example. " well no one was online in corp today maybe 3 , so a squad of 5 raided are planet and we weren't prepared, the other 2 were scrubs. I think I got 2 kills others 0 and 3 deaths ccp can u remove raiding and make it a pub game mode."
