Watch your boosters guys, just lost 16 days each on two stacked active boosters. Sent in two tickets and all CCP did was say "your issue has been resolved, close the ticket."
Just when I was about to buy a veteran pack too. Back to not spending money on dust again. Great job CCP, way to lose more of your customer base.
Edit: wouldn't be so bad if they sent some kind of response telling me why I wasnt reimbursed. A generic "your issue has been resolved" response, when it clearly hasn't been, pisses me off more than anything.

I thought it was just me... But knowing when i put PSN cards onto my account and when i made my aurum purchases to how fast 30 day boosters ran out....
Seems like they are running out a little shy of 30 days...
Might be worth copying the date down in which you activate a 30 day booster and mail it to yourself because something indeed is fishy with the booster counter. |

Well, if I ever spend cash on this game again, I will definitely be taking screen shots of when I activate my 30 day boosters. Kinda ****** that it has to be done though. What happen to customer service in this day and age. Corporations have never seem to have heard the addage "the customers always right," or "keep your customers happy and they will keep coming."

I've watched my boosters carefully and I haven't had any problems recently. Everything is working fine so these might just be isolated incidents. I feel comfortable buying vet packs. Just bought two actually.

And when you opened a new ticket, referencing the old ticket, what was the response? Or did you fail to ask if the ticket was closed in error? If you did, tell the whole story so we know how they resolved it or what the follow up reply was explaining why the first was closed; if you didn't follow up to see if it was a simple error, I have no sympathy.

Did you check though to see if they added booster time?
Anywho I just bought five more vet packs for the Aur, and my boosters still have yet to mess up to this day, I'm sorry to hear that it happened to you though/
