Glitch that allows drop links to be deployed at altitude with drop ships. Either the guys not in occupant seat and throwing them as drop ship flies or placed in drop ship floor and upon destruction remain at point where ship explodes. |

You jump out, deploy, spin around and hop back in... I reported this a few months back. |

Response seems a little sarcastic, coming from a pilot probably to be expected. I'm pretty sure that isn't the way it's going down. I didn't see the links prior to putting down the drop ship, but at the moment I was engaged in putting it down and not looking for links. After several vipers aren't flying and it's still raining men I look up and see links, probably more links than one could place in the floor and spaced far enough apart that it appears that dude isn't in occupant seat flinging links as ship flies around if you throw them in the floor they slide out and are placed on ground if you aren't airborne. So I deduce the same effect is happening at altitude.
Derpty is probably one of the disinformation officers that also keep UFO's hidden from the public. |

I've done this and recorded it for proof.
You cannot put it on or in a DS. But if you throw it next to the DS it will fall and then eventually activate midair.

Free standing in drop ship not in occupant seat you can throw links they do the null cannon slide to the door and slide out to point of placement. This is the control experiment I duplicated the effect with, at any rate since my first post about it I've noticed it isn't being spammed like it was on that day. It could be people have taken notice and destroy them or the people who were doing it are afraid they'll get the exploit ban. Either or is fine by me as long as the glitchers aren't getting by with what amounts to cheating to me. |

One of the few times I'm not being sarcastic... But nvm, carry on as you please.
I hear throwing insults at people who try to help is the best way to go in life! (Just to give you a hand, this time it was sarcasm!) |

You can put them on top of the dropship and descend very slowly to make it work also. That way they don't fall so far before they activate. |

I would have never thought to try that. I've had teammates jump into DS without actually taking a seat and riding them, but I also never thought to deploy EQ from their either.
I had videos of all these things a long while ago. However, just last night, I saw another match with these floating uplinks. Posted it up on youtube so we'll see if was a one time fluke or becomes a main attraction.

Sorry to offend you derp. But it seemed to me you were possibly having a little fun with the post. Myself I find it hard to believe what your saying is even possible, but if it is I guess we'll have to take your word for it |

Whoever can test this since the Warlords release, post results here and verify it still exist. I know myself I saw an increase in the number of users doing this but it was before Warlords.
