How long does it usually take to get a response back from these guys? I put one in yesterday and still haven't heard anything yet.
I'm a try-hard, because half my team sits in the MCC.

It depends on how urgent the petition really is. And it better be seriously urgent, otherwise the GMs are not gonna like you if you labeled it as urgent. Generally they take about a few days for urgent petitions. Non-urgent petitions usually take between a week and a month.
If you don't mind me asking, what type of petition did you set up?
You can send a direct email to them at [email protected]. But don't rely on it too much since the normal petition system helps you track its status.

Support tickets in Dust work better than anything else.
GMs will get you taken care of as quickly as possible. If your ticket is something simple or something urgent expect it to take no more than a few days. For less urgent issues or things that require them to communicate with other parts of the team it can take up to several weeks. |

I didn't mark my ticket as urgent. It was concerning the APEX suits. I haven't played in a few months so I decided to buy aurum to give me a boost to catch up with everyone. I purchased a APEX suit, thinking it came with a heavy machine gun, but it came with a forge gun instead. I was un-aware of any knowledge displayed on the Forums. Someone lied to me and said that the Gal Apex came with a machine gun. I got trolled. I'm just hoping that CCP has mercy on me and agrees that they should display all content items on anything that is related to aurum.

Ah, then there was your problem. You didn't do enough research on what you were going to buy. Something of that kind of value should always be preceded with enough research. The search function of the Dust forums would've been the first place for you to go to. If you go into the advanced settings, you can even narrow the search to posts made by the Devs which would've eventually led you to the spreadsheets that have all the fitting details.
But in any case, if you don't want the APEX suit because of the weapon it carries, perhaps CCP could just simple take back the suit and refund you the AUR so you can spend it on another APEX suit. No guarantees though.

All of mine get answered within a day, but the shanghai schedule is different to most of the world in terms of holidays and such so i'd give it up to a week |

Hey there. Sorry about that, sometimes we do get swamped with tickets, and there's only so much we can do. We do try to avoid too long delays in our replies, but sometimes there are high priority tasks, projects, etc.
Patience, young Mercenary. Uncle Archduke will get there.
Also, CS is mostly in Iceland, but we're technically providing 24/7 support anyway. Then again, we're also working on EVE Online, and all kinds of other sh...stuff.
