I need help guys. I spent $25 the other night to take advantage of the Veteran Pack at 50%. I bought it for one reason. It comes with 100,000 aurum. I wanted to get a heavy APEX suit, but I didn't want a Forgegunner. I wanted a Heavy-MachineGun. They should allow us to see what we are buying, down to every detail. I think I deserve my 58,000 aurum back or they should give me the suit I wanted.
I'm a try-hard, because half my team sits in the MCC.

Jeez Burns, you bought an APEX without researching it first? I do agree that there should be easy info on it, but dang man.

I know right?! That' s what I get for trying to play with the cool kids. But this is another example of CCP's character as a whole. This could be an easy fix for them, the ball is in their field and I'm going to make sure the world sees how they respond to and react to these situations.

I'm sure they will be cool about it this time. I would be surprised if they give you too much hassle.

It would not kill CCP to add longer descriptions of the items it sells.
The war profiteer pack came with "vx1" apex suits which are actually different to the normal apex suits, which was a suprise.
When I was a noob I bought the AV nemesis pack and I was disappointed to find out I needed a lot of skill points to use the gear

They did post a thread in the announcements section explaining in great detail what is on each suit. |

This is news to me. They can't expect every person to constantly be on the forums however. You don't go to Wal-mart and buy a box of cereal and then go home to look up what the ingredients are.
