So remember the dust trailer that has the EVE pilot betraying the ground forces
Well how about if in a pub proto stomp the top 6 non squaded players (or the next wp rated squad) on the stomping side get the option to switch sides, they would get an increased payout if they could swing the battle but would have to share the standard loser pot between 22 if not
Mechanics could eventually be used to AWOX in FW or PC |

Oow, switch hitters. No, not the top. Let the ones doing the worst swap and get better odds. The best are doing fine already, why would they switch?
Stop rewarding the good players by letting them think they are even better due to stomp mechanics.

I like it, options go like this- Losing wp players under 500 has the chose to swap when Mcc is half depleted(shields gone but full armor),chose less 4 min.
High level-numbers 1-5 have the traitor and mercy chose. Traitor chose is same as low wp players only over 1,000 Mercy chose has the option to kill a teammate who is a **** and killed the same player 5 times, also for mercy to secretly revive a down for when teams is not looking.

I'm on my phone so I didn't go into detail but the point is it's not the stompers who switch sides
Proto stomping is done in squads this idea would transfer the top solo players or second rated squad
To most people proto stomping is dull on both sides, you're either spawn camped or constantly running around the map trying to tag a red before someone else on your team gets the kill. |

I feel like if we're going to win why would I switch? 1 of my suits costs more than the payouts in Dom anyways.

Sounds like you wouldn't fit the criteria to switch (since you'd be the one doing the stomping) |

I think just allowing players to queue into a battle that is being lost in hopes of changing the tides of battle would be better. Like the losing corporation calling for reinforcements. Also if proto stompers knew that by stomping hard they run the risk of having a full squad hop in on the losing side and slap them up they may take it a little easier. Obviously this would be a separate queue or queue option and would require the match size for one team to be temporarily increased for the duration of the battle. |

The more I think about this the more I love the idea.
Imagine being a proto stomper where match has become significantly unbalanced about half way through the battle and suddenly a full squad hops in making it 22 versus 16 with fresh blood that has specifically selected they want to fight said proto stompers.
Once a battle has become available for reinforcements the squad with the highest over all MU is called in to change the course of the battle. If they are not able to do this they receive some terrible payout while if they win they receive a huge bonus.
This idea is seriously going to haunt me now. |

one problem, the clonemass belongs to the corp you are fighting for and the clones made have a selfdestruct functionality which can be activated remotely |
