"Not-Uprising" is upon is. New build. The moment we've only dreamt of since Fanfest. There are many questions about it, but there are only a few we have answers to. Within that small pile of answers, lies an even fewer number of which we have complete hold of, complete with the ability to manipulate at will.
The question to that answer is: With the new build, will there exist a new breed of (bitter) vets?
There have been players who have arrived during Uprising 1.0, some 1.8, and others a few days ago. Will any of those players be regarded as vets once "Not-Uprising" is released? If so, is there a limit to the vet-ness within those groups of people?
Order must be maintained. Vote now, before it's too late.

No, in my opinion "vet" only applies to those who were here during beta, closed or open.

I myself have joined DUST later I think in uprising 1.6 and I won't ever consider myself a vet although I'm better than the next guy and I experienced a lot of what this game has to offer. A beta vet player will always be one step forward and I think this applies to every game with constant updates and a "history" like dust.

everyone from closed beta will have the same birthdate sp you can't gauge the longest  vet from that but their initial download date I the psn store will . Mine was Aug 2012.

Not even that.
It was standard procedure to completely delete and reinstall the game every update to avoid problems.
Edit: Just realized you said initial download date, not file date. Carry on

Wouldn't 1.7BC be a whole release and 7 patches before cloak released? If you meant to say 1.7 in Uprising, then shouldn't it be .1BC?
Either way, I really like the BC. It's what separates Macho scouts from regular scouts :p |

Funny you said that. After years of ignorance, I finally got around to buying Hearthfire last week. I figured it wouldn't be as interesting as the other two since it didn't really add stuff to combat. |

Hearthfire could be nice.
I roleplay pretty hard, and none of my characters were ever the type to settle down and stuff though, much less adopt a kid.
I've got the DLC, but the most I've ever done is build a tiny house that I then proceeded to ignore entirely.
I loved Dawngaurd.
The whole gothic-viking-vampire vibe was just badass. Castle Volkihar had a real atmosphere to it.
The way that vampires became awesome was... awesome.
The soul cairn felt more sinister realm of Oblivion than Mehrunes' plane did in Oblivion, but yet it was just so alien that I found myself spending hours exploring every nook and cranny of the place.
Serana is also the best follower. Period. She's the only one with spells that powerful, and one of the 2 that actually level up with you. And that's not even counting that she has a larger story than any other follower. She was a tough broad.
I thouroughly enjoyed Dragonborn too though. Lots of nostalgia. Lots. That music in particular in the ash-wastes brought me back to Morrowind. Didn't really like the story as much as Dawngaurd, but there were plenty of other great characters and quests to make up for it. And Solsthiem was awesome. I loved the hot and cold duality the island had going on. One side was covered in ash with burning trees and spriggans, while the other side looked to be the coldest place in all of Tamriel.
