lol no you haven't. What you probably saw was people playing the game mode Planetary Conquest.
Dual tanking is for bad players.
Come play a better game.

Aye, "DUST PC" is Planetary Conquest. DUST 514 is only on the PS3. 'Project Legion' is/was being developed for computers.

if only dust was a PC game, the game wouldn't be in that sorrow position as it is now ;(

Amazing to see so many dishonest, or rather half-truthful, comments. Purposefully, omitting Legion.
It's no lie. "Dust" does exist on PC (personal computer), and it is playable, but it's incomplete and not out yet.
It's called "Project Legion" or "EVE: Legion".
Here it is.
Apparently its past the design phase and is in the production phase, but we haven't heard anything about it since last year.
Many people are actually very disappointed that we haven't heard much on it, and many others just seem to be Playstation3 fanboys that can stand that idea that this game would be more successful on a superior platform.
(My guess being that they are bad with money, and so can't afford a better platform.)
But there you have it.
You have seen videos of "PC" - Planetary Conquest, and you have seen videos of "Dust" on PC - Personal Computer.

As far we know, DUST and 'Legion' are entirely different games. Would be like someone asking "Is Prototype on the PC?" and chiming in "It is! It's just called 'Saint's Row 4' and it might come out!" Anyway, the game is still in the stage where saying "if Legion becomes a thing" is a thing. The last time bit of official information we got from 'Project Legion' was in October in the DUST newsletter about Patch 1.9:
"WeGÇÿd like to take a quick moment to reiterate the message from EVE Fanfest 2014. If Project Legion becomes a reality, the absolute intent is to offer a migration plan as fairly and quickly as humanly possible. However, Project Legion is not an official game yet." - CCP Rouge/Rattati (the newsletter lists them both as the author)
So Legion was not omitted.
