Way to go CCP. Have you guys seen or played any of the games on ps4? But nah, take your time expanding maps and slowing down gameplay and what not. That's really what 99%...I mean 1% of of your player base wants. You applied my idea of monthly and weekly leaderboards and that seems to be useful in many ways, so...why can't I get a response from you concerning some of my other ideas that would greatly increase playerbase and in return benefit your company? The players would be happy and so would you guys. Everyone wins.
It's like you guys have had writers block for the past year. It became repetitive after about 1.3. I have this mental image of you guys sitting behind a computer, hitting your head on the desk over and over again. Came out with this whole "Legion" concept last year at fanfest and haven't really said anything else about it. That could just mean that you like to wait til the last minute to release information, in order to somewhat "surprise" people.  Idk,...at the same time you've done more with Dust in the past year than what you said you would, so that tells us something...maybe some regret in some areas. Maybe people didn't respond the way you thought they would...again, idk.
In any case, it's not healthy making your playerbase wait til fanfest every year just to release simple information. The thought of doing this makes my stomach turn. It's just not a smart decision from both a business perspective and personal stand point. I guess in conclusion, I'm very confused about your tactics. If you had 1 out of 10 of your players wanting more information being released or they would quit, would you not compromise? Would you be where you are today without us buying aurum? Afterall, this whole "Free-to-Play" concept only works because of aurum. Those of us who bought aurum, would be considered "Share Holders" on Wall-Street. Is this game not ours? Would it be here if no one paid or played? Give us something to hold onto. Wanna earn some of your lost respect back? Come out of the shadows and talk WITH your community more. It irritates me when there are those of us who are asking important questions, but the devs choose to chitchat and make vague comments on random threads that have nothing to do with this game.

Very true words my friend. I didnt want to buy Aurum after the Legion announcement but my guilt for getting a free lunch made me. And its sad that the Devs seem to be throwing money away to be honest by not listening to players

First, if legion is still in the works (and I hope it is) they won't announce anything until it is near beta testing or release. The backlash was too much.
Second, if you'd check rattatis activity on the forums you can see he's answering a lot of calls.
But if you insist he has to answer each and every thread we won't get **** done.
edit: third, no you are not a share holder. You bought some imaginary currency, that's about it. |

2.bringing it to pc as legion is incrediblely irritating but very logical as they are a of gaming company and they can do things a lot faster this way.
3.there is no you owe us in business it's either we die or we move on.
4.there always watching just not responding how do you thing is hey get on threads needing to be locked so quickly.

I spent $50 myself last month. Some people would call me stupid for doing such a thing, but I love this game. I get on the forums and rage a lot, but a lot of these guys couldn't hate enough to love...But I've just about had enough of supporting this game. I can't help those who don't want to listen or be helped. Dust was a beautiful game...somewhere between Chromsome and now they lost there way. I'd still support this game if they would just gimme something to hold onto...I don't think it's too much to ask for. If I offered you guys a hundred dollars to notify me on your progress, wouldn't you take that hundred dollars for such a small thing to do?

No there is a thing called customs appreciation and respect, common courtesy, etc. This is why Activision and Treyarch, etc. are more popular and sell more.

Sadly its not near enough, the video game industry is a mutibillion dollar/pound/ euro industry, little changes wont cut it although Dust 514 is not mainstream, I guess thats the draw for most players like me. After playing games like FIFA that get made so easy that 3 year olds could play it.

I agree with you and that's what i'm trying to explain to CCP. Advertisement sells. Anticipation sells. Show us a sneak peek and people will cling and look forward to it. That's why I used Activision and Treyarch as an example.

Yeah, no. Anyway now that like part is over...
I am one of the few that wants legion to have fallen over and died because I see large potential for DUST 514 if it is given PC and PS4 ports. Although if they announce Legion for PS4 on first note I will change my tune very fast.
