Why not just reduce RoF?
Overheats much slower, but also has less ZOMGWTFBBQHMG factor to it that happens when you tap R1.
Id say reduce DPS of the standard down to 500 so that it still outDPSes any full auto fine rifle, but not by as much, but gains much more suppression capability, which makes sense considering it is wielded by 2k eHP behemoths.

Their suit is designed to take dmg.
But i dunno why their HMG have 2 times the DPS of rifles.

Your signature is the loudest , you can't see well , can be seen by any and everyone , slow in everything you do and isn't that effective unless in bunches meaning either in a squad accompanied with other heavies or logies and that's where their problems are in the nature of the squad factor , you can't keep nerfing individual roles because squad are so effective , these people beating these war drums aren't looking at that effect because they don't want their precious help lessened in any way , in-fact they wanna deploy more so that the stomp can be that much harder ... theIr changing the mechanics of the role because they can't pull their weight against a capable squad that know what their doing .
Those with lesser skills complain the most .
I run solo and only point out obvious imbalance issues that get shatted upon for " witch-hunts " that hert the newer / solo players more then anything and they wonder why retention numbers are negative .
No wonder people leave for something else and these same people come up with excuse after excuse to justify their intentions but it's all the same .
The answer to all things shouldn't be to nerf it , or squad up or get gud .
They come up with charts and numbers , stand on their soap boxes screaming revolution but they cause more damage then not , somewhat like the vehicle reworking , it's the same thing all over again but these people will do the same thing and act like it's not and then complain still when it's all over with .
The numbers for weapons are in such a bright spot now but THEY don't want to see it and since THEY have numbers , they will do what it takes to those who don't , forcing THEIR will upon the masses .
Keep allowing it people , vehicle re-working all over again ... you see some of the same people that was beating the war drum for that trying to clean up that mess right now because they helped cause it .
Keep following the blind .
There are so many issues caused by the forum community by their misguidance , it's part of the reason this game is stagnant after almost three fracking years , they blame it on the PS3 , CCP and everything under the sun .
Keep falling for it .
It's gotten you this far already .
Doubts are like flies and should be treated as such and crushed .
