Since I ran out of Officer charge one I tried to use the standart one, but I encountered the legendary hit detection. From 3 fired shots I only landed 1 and I can swear I saw the particles when I fired the first 2. After few tries I finally managed to kill a scout gK.0 who later came to hunt me. After few missed shots I went back to supply depo to change to Ishukone. Has anyone else encountered these problems?

hit detection is nonexistent outside of MD, Flay, PLC. Basically anything that travels in a straight line has no hit detection.

This is the exact reason that all of the ARs are crap with KBM
Rise and shine CCP. It's time to implement ping based match making.

OMG No way not another problem for the poor poor snipers. It breaks my heart. Do you need isk? Hugs? A tampon?
File a ticket and see if they can't help you immediately. You all deserve it so much.

Dont be too hard on the guy. I was a sniper until I got the SP to start really joining the battle. It might just be the only way for a new player to survive

Since when has a SgtMaj ever gave hugs or gave 2 sh!ts about someones feelings? LOL
So even if he is trying to survive, he is still gonna be behind the learning curve becuase he is hiding in the hills. |

The Charge has a slight delay because you have to hold the charge, then release the trigger instead of just "point-and-click". Other than that, I can't think of anything.
Snipers are in a bad place when it comes to moving objects because of the frames per second that we have to deal with.
I'd say you experienced a bit of Lag. While it is not really noticeable with other snipers, it is with the Charge, just because of the delay. |

Being a sniper yes I can say iv had red reticles and it would show I hit them but the target doesnt take dmg. Its like I have to hit them just right for it to work. The hit detection sucks but when it works redberries drop like flies. Also helps if your playing the song Let the bodies hit the floor.
Starter Fit Suits are OP :-)

Try the new Officer tactical rifle, it doesn't matter if you hit the enemy you won't do any damage to him. The Snowball laucher is funny at least.

If he was smart he would be close enough to objectives to learn how people move between them as the sniper is the ultimate personal scanner

Lets not start a war here, btw I'm sniping to save ISK, not to help get in game or some other bs. Anyway hope CCP fixes this or gets a stronger server, also, is it better to snipe w/ mouse or controller?
