Hi,
I wonder, why do people want to change mods, weapon and equipment in the APEX suits?
Apex are balanced at the moment.
Why do they want to make in unbalanced?
And the more important question : why does CCP agree with them?
Do you imagine if we could change mods and weapon on the APEX, and put complex mods and proto weapon on a BPO proto suit???
Help me, I don't understand those guys...

I would just like to be able to pick a weapon. Even if it was only a one shot deal it would be much better than being forced to use a gun you hate. |

Let's see.... You have a suit that's free, and you want to make it even better!!! Yeah, that logic makes absolutely no sense to me! (sarcasm)
That said, you do make a good point about balance being thrown off, and I don't disagree -- but I can also understand the desire to tweak the APEX suits too.

I believe if they keep the cpu/pg gimped on the apex suit allowing customization can be beneficial.
Maybe you actually want to use a std hmg on the caldari sentinel. Just swap it out from the std forge. It will make the feasibility of the other less favorable suits more adequate providing an incentive to keep collecting them.

Ok why not, but if I've understood well, people want to be able to put Cole mods on the APEX...
Ok that's cool to have a "cheap suit which is sooooo good"
I want also my AR to have the same damage as the Imperial scrambler lol but that's not balanced....
So I'm angry against the players, but I'm on the CCP Dev... Their work is to balance the game, so for me this idea is just... Stupid?
More thoughts?

I think if the APEX were pretty much BPO Proto suits that can only fit standard weapons and equipment that it would make more sense. At least for the APEX you get with LP

I don't see the problem in that.

If it's just change mods for JUST std mods, I'm okay.
If it's just change the weapons I'm okay.
But If it's change the mods and the weapons for proto and complex, I'm not okay

The apex suits were a terrible idea.
It's all CCP dumbing the game down to appeal to CoD players.

But now they are here, and we must keep them balanced...
I really wanna have an answer by a CCP Dev to know what they are gonna do........
For me the only thing people might do is just change the weapon for an other STA weapon. Just that. Not change the mods, not ADV or PRO weapons....
But of course that's not enought for players... So adding the possibility to change the mods for other BASIC mods is also not as bad as all the rest.
