Balancing has been a problem since the has came out. Either you dramatically win or lose, or basically you getting proto stomped one way or the other.
Here are some ideas that might fix this problem:
1) Even out total SP on both sides. Meaning all of players total SP on one side, is equal to the other teams.
2) Giving new players with at least 5,000,000 SP
3) Divide total play time/ total lifetime WP and kills and divide it evenly between each team. An equation like this below.
Total WP from both teams and / by two. Then as best as you could place each player in a certain team. This is also vice versa to KDR and SP.
So each total teams Sp, Wp, and KDR are relatively close. LOOK BELOW

Total SP- 154,040,321 Sp Total SP - 150, 458, 231 Sp

AHHH.. a very good question. Well in this case make seperate vetern vs newer players. By new i mean 20 mill or less, then veterens 20 mill or more. But make it an option so if there arnt enough players you can switch back. Or mabye new players ( 10 mill or less, Advanced ( 10 - 40 mill ) Then expert ( 40 mill or more)
