Melee isn't that hard if you have complex myofibs, just saying.
It's a toss up between breach flaylock, sleek locus grenades and packed remotes.

I've actually used this in PC more than once in the past week.
1000 HP armor scout with proto breach shotfgun and proto flaylock. So fun to use, catches everyone off guard.

I use this weapon a lot
It is a slower moving round than any other pistol shot, trajectory is slightly deceptive, 2 shot clip, splash is basically non existent so you need direct hits with it to kill someone, and it will take more than one shot.
Killed an Amarr Sent with one once.
Melee is way easier than a Breach Flaylock
Gav should get the ISK

melee is very challenging, i would rather melee than the 3 listed above though ONLY if i had myrofibs
