Pretty sure you were lagged out and not actually moving. I say this because you weren't even able to call in a vehicle no matter where you were. I've called vehicles standing where you were.
EDIT: I bet had you fired your gun you would not have seen your magazine clip be reduced as well.

I was sort of hoping you'd say, "dude I took 6 months off from the game, but I remembered that match a you inspired me to try out heavy HMG".

Lol it happen to me many times
I guessing is a fix of being AFK when ppl using ruber band on controller "if there is no fire you be kicked out"
