I do like the concept. I still think some of the goals are too high.
I mean getting 20,000 SP is a lot different then getting 20,000 WP. This aside how about some different ones.
What about
- killing xx people with grenades?
- killing xx people with remotes?
- killing xx people with sidearms?
- assists with sidearms or explosives?
- healing xx people with injectors?
- healing xx number of hit points - using injectors or repair tools?
- headshots - trying to achieve them.
Damage caused against Vehicles.
- grenades, remotes, swarms, other vehicles, whatever...
maybe have two categories - one for xx damage by infantry against vehicles and one for damage from vehicle to vehicle.

You could include distance.
Kill xx people from over 100 meters.
Kill xx people from between 25-100 meters. Maybe have 70-100 meters.
Kill xx people from 0-25 meters.
From over 100 you have turrets, vehicles, sniper rifles, plasma cannons, mass drivers, swarm launchers, laser rifles and scrambler rifles, luck with most other items.
You could play with this one.
Include blaster weapons or hybrid weapons or sidearms. To promote certain types of weapons or skills.
