These are different than the other equipment items in that if I go to a Supply Depot I get them refilled.
Now I can't get Nanohives or Uplinks refilled.
I have to switch dropsuits and then switch dropsuits back to get more uplinks or nanohives.
I can do it, get more uplinks, it just takes a couple of steps. I might also screw up and pick an intermediate dropsuit that has a lower bandwidth and kill an existing dropped equipment item.
There is always the most common answer, leave it alone, stop complaining.
There is
Change it so all equipment, that can be dropped, can be replenished by the Supply Depots - Nanohives, Uplinks, Remotes, etc.
Change it so Remotes can not be replenished by Supply Depots and/or nanohives.
Maybe, change it so Remotes move to the Grenade slot or to the sidearm slot and are considered weapons.

Now the biggest problem with this seems to be Anti Armor fittings. AV grenades, AV Remotes, a Sidearm and a main weapon that can't be used against infantry. Or a nanohive that replenishes their ammo? or when up close a flux grenade. how do you choose?
Doing this to Scout fittings will reduce their effectiveness, but not destroy it.

As a side note I think having to recharge Repair Tools and Injectors might be a good thing. Repair tools get xx amount of healing and once it falls to zero (or they stop using it), it begins to regenerate over time or faster from a Supply Depot. Same with injectors, they get 4 or 5 uses, but regenerates over time or faster from a Supply Depot.

And I do use all of these.
In fact I have a light suit that has av grenades, av remotes, a nanohive, a swarm launcher and a sidearm that I use whenever I decide to face vehicles. It sucks against infantry, but decent against Vehicles.
My main 2 kits are Logi ones.
Thanks for reading this. |

Well, you have a point, and the remote explosives, as equipment, should not be refilled as ammo, however, more than "equipment" itself, they are more like weapons (they actually are), so its also logical for them to be refilled.
What Im saying, its fine that they get refilled, but its true that maybe they should be a sidearm. |

I agree with everything you said, except for your last sentence.

Just an idea. But you know? I actually take that back, it could be something really dangerous in a scout= cloak, explosives and scanner. Not a good idea. |
