it needs it, it's very glitchy at the current rate. Just the proto version now, leave the rest alone. A small rpm buff and it will keep up with the viziam scrambler within range. |

The RoF mentioned in the game does not translate to real world rpm. For instance try out your clicks per minute on any internet webpage that has a counter.
I personally get around 350-450 rpm at max however in dust that same number does not translate. I'm not sure why exactly......

Bad control translation.
They changed the controls in uprising. In chrome they would have translated but the "improvements" in uprising made the controls sluggish and unresponsive.
EVE Online is what you get when engineers attempt to create "fun" without consulting someone who comprehends the word.

Yeah, can CCP buff the PLC by removing the charge up time and lowering the reload time.
I think this will be good so that it can keep up with the Swarm Launcher.
