i use only Gallente suits and weapons 90 percent of the time...and it makes no sense.
A RR works so well on a Gallente suit.
The MagSec is the perfect compliment to the AR.
Flux grenades are the most useful thing when you use a AR and Ion pistol...
This are thugs I do...almost like I wanna hinder myself more(like my actual skill doesn't do that enough already)
Does anyone else do this? Am I the only idiot likes to induce my own rage quits?

If you really want to try to do something hard.
Get a AMscout.
Make him as slow as possible.
Give him only a pair a knives.

I shoot myself in the foot too... I can't be slow so every fit has a ton of kin cats and everything else is crap because PG cost of kin cats. It's like a drug addiction, you always want more.

I use to only use Amarr things buuuuuut you can only get so far with that so I finally caved in 2 weeks ago and started spec-ing minmatar stuff.

It's really a question of do you derive more enjoyment from the role play aspect at the expense of optimal performance or would you derive more pleasure from the game by optimizing fits regardless of race?
If you are 90% loyal then by your own admission you are already 10% fudging it.
Role play it this way: Wouldn't a good mercenary use whatever means at his disposal?

I Always thought it would be funny to Kincat up a Minmatar heavy with Nova knives and get a squad to do this...

I'm a Gallente loyalist, I so want to change my race now! Screw being a mercenary, I want to be a Federal Marine!
The only reason I'm Gallente is because I fell in love with the Scout, then the assault; I like their design.
For primary I've only skilled into the: AR, CR, PLC, SG, and SR. The SR because I wanted to snipe, the CR because it had just come out.
Sidearms: NKs, SMG and IP. As soon is the IP came out I fully spece'd into it because it's Gallente; even though it was awful at first, I kept using it.
If a Gal heavy weapon comes out...you know I'm going to play with it.
I want to be able to squad with other Gallentians and be part of the lore and the Federation.
In other words, I've been "shooting myself in the foot", but I like it when I kill someone with my Gallente weapons.

If you keep on shooting yourself in the foot with Gallente equipment, then for gods sake whatever you do don't try the mass driver.
But yeah, I can be the same way a lot of the time. I loved using the BAR before it was buffed, I used the IP as my main sidearm when it was horrid, I was a scout before they were uber-buffed, I was a Minmatar assault when it was still 5H2L, I was a dedicated LAV driver before they were buffed during the days of super AV 'nades....
I know how it feels.

I run pure Minmatar.
Aside from equipment, I have nothing that isn't Minmatar. Heavy Weapons? HMG only thank you. Light Weapons? Not if it isn't a Combat Rifle or a Mass Driver. Sidearms? just Flaylock and SMG.
I have all five Minmatar specialized suits to PRO (along with the basic frames).
I will use any grenades though.
IDK, I like it though.
Amarr/Minmatar vehicles are OP (especially Minmatar speed tanks)
