We need more isk in pubs ccp. To actually have fun in this game we need to grind for three days. I just burnt 10 mil having a blast with knives and tanks.

I usually grind the Daily Missions that only pay ISK. That helps.
But honestly, what we do need is the ability to having simple trading as indicated by the Trello Boards.

Simple Trading will allow players to sell of their assets to other players for more ISK than what Jara Kumora can offer. This feature will practically make her redundant, though. This will be a great way of getting more out of the useless salvage we often get. Especially if the salvage happens to be high value like the 'Black Eagle' Assault Rifles, 'Gastun' Forge Guns and HMGs, and certain BPOs which are no longer available in the market.
In fact, simple trading will open up a whole new career for players who want to make money on the side without having to constantly grind ambush matches all day.

so do we know how it will work yet? Will it be like Ex. CCO puts a price on the weapons and we use isk to buy them from people that are offering them. Or Ex. I put a price on a few od my weapons and people by them for the price. Or Ex. People offer ammounts of isk for the weapons and a dust merc has to sell to them before others do.

Knowing CCP especially after looking how they handled Eve Online, simple trading will likely allow sellers to set their own prices while the buyers negotiate. Just like how 'Templar' codes are sold in the Code Bazaar section of the Dust forums.
