No. You should simply be more aware as a pilot of where friendly infantry are, and as a grunt be more aware of what friendly vehicles are doing.
One change they should make is where mCRU spawns are. Spawning in front of the vehicle leads to people getting crushed. have the spawn on the side of the vehicle to avoid this occurrence.

that is what gets me down, If the vast majority of people think this should change then change it
If there is resistance maybe implement my idea, "a safe disembarkation module"
or make proto MCRu or more expensive dropships with safe disembarkation |

Vehicular manslaughter got you downGǪ I understandGǪ (well no i don't because I don't call in vehicles myself)
I wonder if it is possible to give spawns off of a mCRU a .25 sec invulnerability? Just to prevent those deaths without giving a huge invulnerability advantage to the spawned.

I suppose that is how it should be, however passengers leaving a vehicle or spawning on a vehicle should not be killed, maybe
just delay the exit when it is not certain death.

I agree with Alena, you should be aware of where your teammates are to prevent running them over. Even if, most Pilots wouldn't even use them so it wouldn't be worth the time it takes to build the module.
