Is there something wrong with the site?
I just entered a fit that I know works in game and it was telling me that I have exceeded my available CPU.
It fits in game, I know, I was using it earlier. I went over all of my skills to make sure that I have them all entered correctly.
Amarr/Minmatar vehicles are OP (especially Minmatar speed tanks)

No problem, but looking at the fitting it seems that you don't have a character selected as when I copied your fitting on to my character it worked fine.

Alright so I just really started using Protofits and I did not know that I needed to add my character, I thought I could just fill out my skills.
Additionally, it seems that I didn't save my skills entirely either since I had Sidearm Operation 0.
Working now though, any thoughts on the fit itself?

Yeah, it takes a few days to get used to the UI.
Anyways, the fit seems decent but I would downgrade one of your Shield Extenders to Enhanced. Then swamp out your Basic Nanohive for X-3s and upgrade your SMG to an SK9M. It loses about 16 HP, but you can afford to spam grenades and you have a more reliable sidearm.

It is a MinSentinel with a Flaylock and no equipment......
