Make the same suits for the rest of the scouts but with their racial specials as their main (lasers, mass, swarm) so those sweet sidearms they have can be at parity too.

Amarr Specialist Commando with a grenade (lol at the irony)
Caldari Specialist Logistics with an extra equipment slot.
CCP holds the Caldari's hand so this doesn't happen again.

Kameira's have no minmatar heritage fizzer. They're the product of a breeding program which essentially amounts to a eugenics program. The 'good' stock is picked out as early as age five or six and further 'enhanced' via gene-therapy and unbelievable amounts of indoctrination. They are among the most terrifying and loyal troops the Amarr have and they do not question *anything* an Amarrian says to them.
While their 'genetics' may be minmatar, a Kameira is as far from minmatar as you can get - they would happily slaughter cities if a holder suggested it might please them.

I kinda forgot about the first half of the chronicle.
The parts that stuck with me were the HEP Selection, the Minmatar Genetics, and the Funeral Pyres/Ash Rubbing.
Regardless, their suits should be brown. It would look good with the black stripes(which are a must, they just are), and still has a Spec-Ops feel. I can't imagine a Spec-ops force to be wearing anything flashy or shiny. No Gold on the Kameiras.

The Templis Dragonaurs are now officially recognized as an anti-State terrorist organization by the Caldari State (ever since Heth was thrown out of power actually) and have been recognized as a terrorist organization by the other members of the Yulai Conference for much longer...it would be better to look towards the individual Corporate Militaries for the Caldari equivalents (My suggestion is the Ishukone Watch because of how well known and iconic they are)
As MINA covered, the Kameiras would still be wearing imperial gold, although I like the red-orange lights idea personally...
Khanid Logi and Tanker, sometimes AV Heavy or Sniper.
I believe all these roles are support for front line soldiers.

A muted Tan color then (I don't disagree with the tiger stripes either btw, sound Kameira-ish)
I'd still prefer the Ishukone Watch to the Draganaurs...other options include the Kaalakiota Home Guard or the Hyasyoda CPF
If you're asking for parity for the Black Eagles,I think it's best to look at forces associated with the Empires themselves (otherwise Mordu's Legion makes more sense for Caldari than the Dragonaurs)

If you want parity for the Black Eagles, give their dam scout suits a cloak (preferably one that cost 0 pg 0 cpu) and give either incredibly low base damping or more module slot! The suits meant to be 'stealthy' not a commando who went on a diet.
Oh yeah, fix the dam colour of their AR, their matt Black as green stuff... Which isn't very black at all.
