If it's intended, it's broken as hell since all Assaults and Scouts can now, basically, have 2 Light Weapons, not to mention Sentinels having a Light Weapon for backup.

Thats what makes them so rare. These have been the best gift so far from the 12 days of dust. The only other time you will see these are from boxes & fitted on black eagle scout fits.
Have you considered a career in costumed aggression?

Because now you can buy them off the market for ISK and get them for AUR....oh wait.
50 weapons, it's not a lot dude. People will be too afraid to use them and the people that aren't can only use them for so long until they get used up.
Chill out dude and drink some Quafe.
CCP holds the Caldari's hand so this doesn't happen again.

They have the drop rate of a Balac's ck.0 dropsuit. Meaning extremely rare.
