Why doesn't everybody from the team get out of their squad chat and voice in team chat ?!
Yes , you heard right 16 players voiced in the team chat . With that good of communication , the team should perform better as not only your squad can hear the s/o you give !
Now the only problem witht his is that alot of players don't voice in team chat.
I was in a squad of Min FW yesterday where nobody had mics and the squad leader wasn't even voiced in squad !!!!
I mean we got a laser strike when it was mostly needed to secure us a last minute defense on an objective !
Of course the squad leader , not voiced in at all , didn't hear the order. I evern wrote in the squad chat but no response.
Was a frustrating loss.
After the game , I asked him why he didn't voice in the squad . He responded that he doesen't have a mic.
At that moment I knew I was getting led by a unexperienced squad leader. The difference between being voiced and not having a mic ... So I left squad.
Now CCP my point is here that it is already hard for sides to win when facing Q-Sync so you should disable squad chat and keep everybody in your team automatically voice in team chat. To promote teamwork.
Even make it that if you aren't voice , you shouldn't be able to get in FW.
Think about it and tell me what you think ...

You should try AFW, it's the same thing every time. The only suggestion I can give is to learn to accept disappointment when it comes. |

i made the squad because i was told its easier to get in battles, but had no intention to lead. thats why i gave you the the squad lead.
you was the leader when we started the match, im sure you had the stripes |

Yep. Altho I didn't want to lead somebody's squad before I even played with him to know how well he does. This is a great example for the post tho. Not pissed at you . Kind of pissed at myself for not taking that lead in the first place.

Because the team channel is still broken for some people.
While it seems to work for more people than before some people just randomly can not comm up. We have attempted to move our Q Syncs into team just to free up the channel for other teams but 4 or 5 out of 16 would just not be able to actually join. |

This. Team Chat is still buggy and unreliable at times. This is why people will either stay in Squad Voice or use a custom channel and voice there.
Easier to have comms setup before hand without worry that someone isn't able to hear you because LOLCCPCODING.

I dont have mic so i communicate through squad chat and squad orders. Whether there actually followed, thats what i get for squad
with randoms. But i hate voicing inTEAM ill admit.
Since im usually all over the map i kind of know whats needed so i see no need. Im getting better, squad with corp members
helps me be less lone wolf like.
Kts hard because being lone wolf scout usually means you rely on yourself and not expect blues to help out so... its confusing.
