Minmatar Scout is the best for Flaylock because you can jump high and shoot rockets at an angle that make it easier to attack your target.

The mindset of someone like Starlight is why Scrambler Pistols got nerfed to be like Ion Pistols rather than the other way around. Now both are UP.
Bring back our awesome pistols! You used to be able to use them as a primary, but now you just cant.

No, that's not what I'm saying.
In my matches, when someone gets real close to me, they pull out the flayloc (because of it's insane damage buff) and begin shooting. A sidearm is supposed to be your secondary gun when your primary fails or runs out of ammo.
Dual Flaylocs? Come on, you're defending your gun and I respect that, but even you know that the damage it does for splash is way too high.
It's become a Core Locus Grenade launcher.

Lastly is the Flaylock its self... And the bullshit you are spewing about it pretty much proves you have no experience using it in any way what so ever.

I Don't even know how to touch someone that has issues with someone running dual sidearms.... and thinking if they can do it the weapon must be OP...
My Brain is already on fire trying to bring it down to starlights thinking. |

hmm, I'm sorry that the Flayloc will be getting the splash damage nerfed. It's been boosted way too high. Everyone knows it, just waiting till after the PC changes this coming 60 days.
Enjoy it while it lasts but that gun will get tuned correctly soon.

Flaylock used to be overpowered (they dealt al ot more damage than Mass Drivers, both direct and splash, and could fire much faster than currently) and was then nerfed too heavily and rendered next to useless. It's been buffed back to a useable level while not being as bad as it once was.
