Yeah i rarely go without Breach something on any of my fits. Even my Go-Tos have breach whether ScP SMG or Shotgun.
Cant blame me the breach SMG sounds awesome. I usually prefer precision over power but these weapons give me both.

Is the triple scan precision enhanced Logi still relevant to this thread?
Example:
Amarr Logi A/1
3x cpx precision enhancer

1x GEK-38 Assault Rifle

ADV uplink, hive and repper
Scans undampened scouts up to 37.5 meters.
Ever since the directional arrows are gone from the radar it's kinda fun when an undampened scout tries to flank only to have the whole squad look at him when he turns the corner. |

I don't know where the bar for eccentricity is set, but this is at least not something I see a lot of people running with (except for me):

When I got a respec, I didn't even bother skilling back into armor plates or shield extenders, since I haven't been using them for the past six months or so :-) |
