With this proposal, the new block function will:
1) Prevent the revival of the blocked player
2) Prevent the repair of the blocked player
3) Prevent the blocked player from resupplying using nanohives you've deployed
4) Prevent the blocked player from respawning using drop uplinks you've deployed
5) Prevent sharing active and passive TACNET intel with the blocked player
Mind you, the first one will have a workaround, as the blocked person will be notified that the Triage person in the area has blocked them.
The blocked person can then take the action of holding down the X button for one of the following options:
1) BEG for Revive
2) PLEAD for Revive
3) GROVEL for Revive
Because reasons.

It is obviously not clear because you used the words "for reasons" instead of "a perfect specimen to try this out on" which I would also love to try that idea on.
