The Only reason to choose Amarr scout over Amarr assault IS , indeed the PRECISION. Thing you didnt/wont achieve with an assault. (18db precision)
I run My Amarr assaults with 2xc Profile dampeners so thanks for bringing that up for everyone to adapt to... tsch.
Playing as : Calmando, Calscout & Calassault.

Side note, it is very simple to kill heavies with a Scrambler Rifle by only half charging you shots instead of full charging them. You can shoot off many powerful shots at a steady pace and kill suits very fast.

It functions in the way I would imagine a Breach version of the Scrambler Rifle would work.
