I've been suspicious on few occasions what the balance is but I can't check it without bothering the support514. [REQUEST:] Aurum Wallet for viewing transactions Simple, easier for all. The reason why not might be that aur balance is shared on accounts all characters. I see no problem that the same accounts all characters see all char's aur transactions. PS: I've already ignored all the "no-one uses aur, only losers use aur, you shouldn't give money to ccp" comments to come. Pro-choice! For hazardous self-activated inertial dampeners! Just wondering because I assumed this was logged somewhere so that support could at least go to them for additional data. I might be out over 100-200k AUR if this isn't logged anywhere. I have an open ticket and the ONLY thing that would help show I spent AUR without getting anything in return would be a log showing that I spent the AUR I bought to buy a ton of warbarge components but have almost no components right now (Logs already exist showing I didn't spend the components and I know for sure there are transaction logs showing I bought AUR). It's the missing piece. Unrelated but I'd imagine the same thing for SP and warbarge components would also resolve a lot of issues pretty quick. Someone complains about negative SP, check the log and there you go. Pretty much anything transactional. Even if some things are just accessible to GMs. I don't need a log for salvage and keys but I'm betting things like this would help support out a lot. Upgrades happen and stuff breaks. It's a fact of life. I've worked in tech support for 4 yrs now and can't imagine not being able to actually see the numbers people are talking about.
