It's a group of associates who need only a goal and each decides personally how to achieve it. They need not discuss a plan nor state a strategy. They each fit their suit so as to not rely on any other. Each player canact to full capacity outside of his squad and is expected to.
An organic squad is hard to achieve because rarely will so many players with such selfish play styles put aside their egos and decide to come together. Though once in a blue moon a pack of individualists will come togeather to devastating effect.
This group cannot exist forever though. The more they come to rely on each other the less able they become as individual weapons of death, lone guardians or solo spies. This is why they must rarely convene with others as able as themselves because if they do they will lose the skills that allowed them to be lone warriors in the first place.
This is a rare unit that is rarely recognized on the battlefields of EVE, but I feel deserves to be known to the greater player base.

Now that you mention it, some of these "organic squads" appear to be scouts-only. I find it laughable for a lone sentinel to be roaming around without backup if he/she is in a squad.
On Twitter: @HilmarVeigar #greenlightlegion #dust514 players are waiting.

The scout hovers around the sentinel, providing passive scans and floats around waiting for someone to engage the heavy.

No, because a squad of scouts has to be a squad of scouts to succeed. An organic squad doesn't need to regulate any members to any suit for the squad to effective.

You would be surprised to know that this happens. The squad doesn't give the heavy any more support than any other member, and the heavy doesn't expect any more support than any other member. It's the way things work in an organic squad.
The only purpose of an organic squad is to.lighten the load of responsibility for each member, because they can now control whole sectors of the map without having to rush to defend another sector leaving their recently conquested point vulnerable to a counter attack.

Are you trying to give a name to a pack of lonewolves? Those squad exist, but generally are vets that are alone and decide to squad up while in battle for various reasons, OB mostly.
Situational awareness also known as passive scan.

this is why i respeced out of min logi... trying to support squads that would not regroup after a confrontation was hurting my wallet and KDR.. i'm like, bro i'm trying to rep you here... maybe you should take 5 seconds to realize that instead of pushing to the next point with 5 ehp left...

Me and my buddy are like this. now we play together almost all the time but we do not depend on each other. We each go our seperate ways to help the team out in our own way. We only ever call out for each other when the enemy is storming in a place where we know that either one of us alone won't be able to hold them off on our own or when hacking an objective and we happen to be near each other so we cover each other.

Organic, like free range chickens? Organic squad just means one that is originally part of a larger unit and not simply attached to it. It usually refers to a small specialist squad whose role is often played by outside personnel in other units. Really, kind of the reverse of how you are using it.
Because, that's why.

There's a distinct scent in the air. I've smelt this before. Smells like... vegans.
Is an organic squad six vegans put together? |
