If I may suggest something for the LAVs. I think in general, unfit LAVs have way to much HP for not having modules. Put more emphasis on the modules and less on the hull by dropping base HP a bit but increasing their slot layout to something like 3/1 & 1/3 or 3/2 & 2/3.

Unfitted Militia LAVs should under no circumstances be considered a safe mode of transportation. Without modules, they should be instapoppable with pretty much any AV Weapons.
Drop their base HP to be like 1200 total, but give LAVs in general more slots and PG/CPU.

I miss the days of tossing a Packed AV grenade onto the road only to have it sucked into the engine block of an unfit LAV for free points....

Upping slots and CPU/PG means that AV will need to be rebalanced again.
EVE Online is what you get when engineers attempt to create "fun" without consulting someone who comprehends the word.

Dropping their HP, giving them an extra slot, and more PG/CPU does sound good, but dropping their HP from ~3k to around 1k is a bit much. I think their HP should be around 2k and AV grenades should be buffed.
I also dislike how non-packed prototype AV grenades can't even do 3k damage when both are thrown; to fix that, buff all AV grenades to deal +500 more damage. This would make them not underpowered anymore compared to all vehicles.

Added more to the OP. Need feedback on PG/CPU changes for shield & armor module PG changes that should make fitting armor mods on Gallente vehicles easier while harder on Caldari vehicles.
