Im quite sad, when i receive message from support with this.
I even went that forward i ask for it exchange all my AUR.
I honestly do not get, why this should be that big issue for CCP.
We can respec ourselves, but we cannot change names.

Name changes give people the opportunity to scam away on their main and then just change their name. Avery large part of the sandbox experience is your reputation. |

People would enjoy Dust a lot more if they accepted the fact that EVERYTHING is subject to change

Policy talking about missuse of nicknames and names.
But if i want to change name to something honest i should not be took down by something what i can name like just laziness of customer support.
It is quite easy to hide yourself behind some restriction.
More supportive will be if they ask about name and tell you with some healthy reason why yes or not.
End of story.

Yes they are able to scam on other accounts but they are not able to play the game on their high SP character while they are engaged in that activity. As it is now if you really want to scam you have to hop over to a crap alt character.

CCP has made it clear on numerous occasions. Name change will NEVER be a feature in DUST 514, Legion, or EVE.
Because of the potential for betrayal, scamming and reputation, you are not allowed to change a name unless it violates the ToS
EVE Online is what you get when engineers attempt to create "fun" without consulting someone who comprehends the word.
