Hi. Quick question, how do you fit a minmatar scout? It should be good when it comes to hack since it has a bonus related to this, so I dont want to fit codebreakers and would rather dampeners, but I dont know what I should fit in the high-slot modules.
Help, please? |

Well if it's a hoe, first you need to dress it in something sparkly preferably a quafe suit. Then send it to a corner half beat up with a Ak.0 sentinel guarding it.

remote explosive
ishukone field cloak
Biotic fit for knifing , if you find some pro scouts out there , switch to 2 complex profile dampeners and just 1 kincat. |

Ok, it was my fault for not being specific. Its an advance suit, not a prototype. Everything else I do have it in proto level, not the suit. |

2 Complex Damps
Ishukone Knives
Everything else is up to you.
Flaylocks are fun with knives, and help with shotgunners.
Kincats are an option for one or both of the Damps if you want to try something different.
Shield Extenders in your highs, or side arm damage mods if you are just running around with side arms.
Thunderbolt. verb and noun.
"James thunderbolted in his pants."
"I lit a bag of thunderbolt on fire on CCP's doorway"

Works perfectly for my playstyle, epic speed is the key to victory. Got 37 kills in a recent match.
I may not have a mic, but trust me, you NEED me in your squad if you want to win.

I like this, its similar to my gallente scout. But I want to exploit the bonuses of the minmatar. Still, thanks. |

So you like the hack bonus, yet don't want to fit a codebreaker? Does not compute. Minmatar isn't made for eWar, it's made for hacking and assassination. If you're trying to use it any other way, you're doing it wrong.
Before everyone tries to poopoo on me, I have it, hacking and kincats to 5, and knife proficiency to 3.
I may be missing something, but I'm pretty sure that I didn't call for a tank nerf before Uprising 1.7. - Atiim

Skill up to lvl 5 firstly. Cuz minmatar scout without maxed bonuses/proto suit [cuz 3 low slots] is very limited.
But for now, fit damp + kincat, shields in high slots, knives [adv/pro] and CR [or any other rifle].
Eq of your choice. Maybe you can downgrade shields for cloak. That's up to you.
For proto :
3 enhanced shields
2 complex damps
1 complex kincat
Proto knives
Proto CR
Proto cloak
flux
Links/RE/Inkector etc < at adv/pro.
