All of the problems SEEM to revolve around times that player count reaches 3000 at once. An odd pattern also forms with the number of people logged in. Servers beeing rotten and shared with EVE Online doesn't help at all. They can't refresh fast enough so all your bullets actually deal damages. If they have too much things to charge, they will slow down, causing terrible lags (you'll see people arround you teleporting and they'll probably see you the same way). These lags + low framerates coupled with a terrible hit detection system --> Dust 514! Hopefully the RPG and montage part of the game is much more interesting than actually playing it, or the game would have never leave Beta.
