The first 3 are not PC vets, in fact 2 of them are friends that have began PC with the DMG team
PC teams could offer much more activity if it was not always a race for the best 16 online.

Thats been my only issue with the Ahrendee fights, there guys are damn good without bringing top ringers
The first battles were a kick in the stones for DMG, but we worked hard and gave a good fight today

They, like DMG (hell, like all of us), have trouble filling out their ranks and fill it with ringers.

Unlike DMG, RND has been inactive recently -- which makes filling in the team with people in the same corp even harder.

This whole thread is just in bad taste, IMO, although it's been softened a bit since it was first posted.

All of the above said, I've never really liked the "ringing" dynamic of Dust. It eats away at corporations and teams that people can switch from one side of a battle to the other at the drop of a hat. I suppose that's part of what makes Dust unique -- but it never sat well with this competitive gamer.

But really, no love lost either way -- all of us use ringers from time to time, and while losing to all-star ringers sucks (believe me, I know as well as anyone, having been a part to far too many of them), that doesn't change the freaking screenshot showed both teams were doing it. Which essentially makes this thread into a QQ about which team brought more/better ringers.

This is why i want smaller(6-12 merc), non-timer 'maintenance' matches where win/loss determines small bonuses for the next timer-based district defense match. Pick maybe 4 categories where we could apply small bonuses/nerfs, e.g. spawn timers, pre-hacked installations, tacnet, orbital cost, etc. Nothing too powerful, but enough so that they all added up if a district holder didn't invest in 'maintenance' of their district. With a contract system it would be magic and give access to PC battles for small corps. PSN: RationalSpark
