How about instead of telling the WHAT to do, you tell them HOW to do it. Give examples of what is wrong (backed up with data), then give some ideas on how to change it, EX: get rid of WP earned OB strikes and make it focus more on EVE side assistance *cough cough* DO THAT *cough cough*. And then support your opinion. That is how you post on the forums...
