I'm not here to blame CCP for what happened, it happens to every game to have problems with the servers. I only hope it is fixed now.
I'm not even here to pretend a reimbursement; I'm sure that in the deepest and most secret abyss called EULA there is something that says "If there are problems with the servers don't ask for a reimbursement, accept it or gtfo, u DAMN NERD!".
I'm here to ask politely.
So let's take a look at what we lost with these problems that occurred.
FUN: Well, it can't be reimbursed...so :(
BOOSTERS: I for example have a 30 day active booster running, I've heard of players that wasted a 1day Omega. Maybe CCP can increase the duration of active boosters that were running during the problems, or maybe CCP can give to everyone that had a booster running a free 1 or 3 day active booster for free.
SKILL POINTS: It already hard enough to cap without these problems (yes, I know you dont always need to cap). It isn't a problem for us vets with 50kk+SPs. But I'm for example playing a lot with a friend that started playing a week ago. He really needs SPs to unlock all the wonderful things we have in the game.
I think giving us some free SP as a reimbursement for the time lost could help our new friends.
ISKS: Yes, I've lost a lot of isks, crashing at the middle of a match, maybe after having lost a proto is real pain, and during this week it happened a lot of times.
What do you guys think? Do you agree with me?

we did., some lucky some of a gun got a free templar bpo set, i wasn't on the forums to get it, although i was 5 minutes before and about 30 minutes after it was posted 
also it's a free game, CCP lost money so I don't think they should turn around and say "ok have this for free".
however if you paid for a booster and weren't able to use it then I think people should have hours added onto their booster
to compensate but other than that the game is free and we're not really entitled to anything.
it will be a good show of faith if anything, personally, i haven't lost anything.

Reasonable suggestions. Alas, I also think you are very correct about the EULA, and I personally don't expect very much out of CCP regarding situations like this...
Have you considered installing the improved keyboard?

I feel the 1-day boosters are somewhat eligible for refund/reimbursement. But then also others who lost out should get some if they couldn't be on - not sure how that would work tho.
Or just give everyone with a booster and online around those times a 1-day one.

Wow. That drop's big enough to become it's own national park.
I too think we should get at least a 1 day booster. I have 2 actives and 1 passive running atm, the pass I don't care about as it didn't affect it, but my active boosters? They do, a lot. One of them had 22 hours left when they went down. After giving up and going to sleep, I wake up this morning with only 4 hours left. So that's 18 hours on two separate boosters that I've lost.

They have already showed to be open to this kind of things if asked politely.
