It's not entirely free in Eve Online. It's only free once a year and even then people will spend ISK for them in the secondary market. Especially all those fireworks ammo. Besides, in Eve you need a paid subscription anyways to enjoy the festivities. Happy Holidays in New Eden.

Snowballs used to be a huge market in EVE. People would horde them and sell them through the entire year to Rich EVE players for their enjoyment.

Then CCP Decided it wasn't a market they wanted to facilitate... Then made the snowballs melt after the event.

I Have a freshly built sandcastle you can kick over too!

The explosion should have been the flux effect but colored white instead of blue, like a miniature snowstorm. I'm actually good with the fact that it does no damage.
