i got into a 5 minuite fisticuffs with a proto ammar assault with tripple mods... he couldnt hit me....

i think there should be a weapons penality Ie. scrambler rifle on a cal or gal a quicker heat build up, or rail on a min and amarr higer dispersion more kick stuff like that

That depends really most of my min suits sport just barely 800 EHP typically running an enegergizer with the rest shields a reg 1-2 kinkats and 1-2 reactives
or I could run my tryhard 2shield extender 2 damage mod 3 plate kinkat w/ core locus and have about 900 hp with a ton more dps

might aswell say heavies with HMG are underpowered because if a 1 year old plays it then it sucks...

My basic Minja got killed earlier tonight by a Creodron Breach-wielding Min "scout" with nearly 750 hp. It's lame no matter the race, but bricking out a Minmatar scout must be the absolute pinnacle of distastefulness.
Reality is the original Rorschach.
