So there I was about to complete a daily mission to acquire a free key. The challenge was to acquire 9,999 WP and I was busting out an average of 1000 WP per ambush game. Eventually I only need 600 WP to go, so just one more game, but the devs noticed the challenge was too easy and didn't require the player to spend 8 hours on the game for a box full of minmintar ***** and quickly telegrammed HQ
At this point, an alarm must have went off in the Romanian circus that CCP is located at and the devs all rushed to the servers, put in there emergency nuclear/server shutdown keys into the servers, all counted down from three and turned the keys simultaneously and shut the servers down.
At this point the devs all looked at each other sweating and smiling, like the time they had a greasy, shirtless, legs only wrestle off in the office, and popped open a bottle of champagne to celebrate saving the company about $0.40 and preventing WWIII
And that is why the servers are down. |

Omg that makes total sense maybe we should launch an attack on CCP while servers are down. Send them a porno subscription and let the virus do its dirty work. Next time they will think twice before shutting the servers down to early.
