can the first person camera for the ADS please be tweaked? as of right now, it simply displays things from the front/nose of the ship. why cant it be like the HAV first-person view, where the camera is from the turret and it moves as you move that main turret? such a tweak would allow the bonus for the Incubus to be useful. as of right now, all ADSs use missile turrets. this is because the first person view is useless for combat, resuting in the third-person camera being used while for attacking because the camera angle actually move with the turret. however, in third-person view, the dropship blocks the area where the pilot is aiming, so you really cant rely on the accuracy of a hybrid weapon such as a small blaster or railgun, so the rockets are the best choice due to the splash damage. all that you need to do is aim in the approximate are the target is in and the splash damage will eventually kill them
what we need is a way to directly see our target instead of having to estimate where they are. the best way to do this would be through a first person view that moves with our turret. if that gets done, there will be more variety in ADSs and their choice of turret. we will actually begin to see more railgun and blaster Incubi

Really, there's no need. First of all it might be impossible since all the directions of the both sticks are already in use for maneuvering. It narrows your view so you can't see where you're flying or other threats. Passive scans of ADSs solve the hull obstructing view. First-person is best for dogfighting and having the camera move or replace flight controls will greatly hinder this.
All and all its a lot of trouble to solve a non-issue.

im actually pretty good at ADSs and would probably be one of those infamous pilots if i was to actually invest more SP into the role. i just wish there was a way i could actually utilize the Incubus bonuses personally. i'd love to actually be able to use a blaster on it with the Gallente ADS skill bonuses, but it doesnt work. honestly, they gave the boost to railguns and blasters for a reason, but that reason, mainly the blaster part, is rather useless due to poor user inferface and controls. its a shame. the images in my head of being able to spray and terminate a large group of hostiles and afterward my allies on the front cheering as they charge to mop up the survivors will never be so unless something is done to give the ablility to physically see what is in front of you.
